Upstairs is the original home which includes main kitchen/dining area, lounge with access to deck which has stairs providing access to the section, driveway and beach.
Bathroom has a shower, bath & vanity. Separate toilet and wash room. 3 bedrooms - sleeping 5 people.
Huge semi fenced section with sea views from upstairs master bedroom, lounge, dining & deck.
Great location at West End part of Ohope beach - great for surfing and bush walks to Otaiwarere Bay.
You can also walk to the Ohope Village where there are shops, art gallery, restaurants & cafes as well as takeaways.
TV is located upstairs has freeview - not sky.
WIFI - unlimited wifi is available and included in all rentals over the summer months but only available over winter months if paid for in rental - so please check with hosts for bookings from February - November..

BOND - There is a refundable bond associated with all bookings - quoted at time of enquiry.
SERVICE FEE - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking. A Welcome Pack & Gift is left for your arrival and we are only a phone call away during your stay if needed.
LINEN - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are provided for all bookings and are included in your service fee. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier ! Please confirm at time of enquiry/booking so we can organise for you.
BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH. .
GROUP BOOKINGS/ BUSINESS GROUPS - For special group bookings/ business groups during the year a quote will be supplied to include exit clean, linen & service fee.

West End is renowed for its good surfing - Ohope surf school at your front door offering lessons and board hire.
Fabulous bush walks over to picturesque Otaiwarere Bay and onwards to Kohi point/ Whakatane.

Cafes, restaurants, shops and an Art Gallery only short walk away.
Only about 10 minutes drive to Whakatane Township
