SERVICE FEE - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking. A Welcome Pack & Gift is left for your arrival and we are only a phone call away during your stay if needed.

LINEN - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are provided for all bookings and are included in your service fee. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier ! Please confirm at time of enquiry/booking so we can organise for you.
BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH. .
GROUP BOOKINGS/ BUSINESS GROUPS - For special group bookings/ business groups during the year a quote will be supplied to include exit clean, linen & service fee.
Activities
Walk across the road & sand dunes and you're on Ohope Beach.
Short stroll to the Wharf - great for fishing and jumping off! Fisherman’s Wharf restaurant handy that does great takeaways and dine in & enjoy the spectacular views of Ohiwa Harbour.
Port Store also has S.U.P lessons and hire as well as bikes for hire during summer.
KG Kayaks operates from the Wharf and offers kayak hire and guided tours - KBHH has a special rate for all our KBHH Guests - please ask about this :)
Port Ohope General Store, cafe & restaurant also within walking distance or short drive as well as the Ohope18 hole Links Golf Course and Boat ramp.
