Doors from hallway off lounge area provide access to the deck area that has great outdoor furniture and sea views.

You are also spoilt with sea views from the lounge, dining & kitchen area.

There is a ceiling heating system in lounge and heaters for other rooms of the house of needed through winter months.

Rates are for the upstairs only - the downstairs will be locked off and there will not be anyone using the downstairs during your booking.

This part of the house is only avaialble during February - mid December excluding the main public & school holidays and major events.

The whole house - both floors is booked out under HOR1 over the summer months but can also be booked during February - mid December as well if you need to so please enquire. 

Rates do not include exit cleaning, booking/service fee or linen - these additional fees will be quoted at time of enquiry.

BYO linen - or you can hire if you want - please enquire.

EXIT CLEANING - There is an additional exit cleaning fee up to $150 depending on numbers staying.

KBHH BOOKING / SERVICE FEE - Additonal fee per booking up to $95 - this covers the booking fee and setting up of the house and includes bath mats, hand towels & tea towels for each booking.Quoted at time of enquiry.

All beach activities plus easy walk to Ohope Village where all the cafes, restaurants & shops are located.

Bush walks all handy

Only about 10 minutes drive over the hill to Whakatane.
