Executive style 2 storied home with downstairs living area with extensive Harbour views and bedrooms on the 2nd level also with spectacular views of the Harbour and Sea.
Ohope Beach is only a 5-7minute walk over the road to the nearby beach access through sandunes - so you have the best of both worlds - Beach & Harbour!
Downstairs boasts 2 living-lounge areas, dining and fully equipped kitchen with a bathroom and access to private courtyard with outdoor shower and private access to the Ohiwa Harbour from the deck. Also internal access to fully lined garage.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms - 2 queen + 2 x single beds (or can be king), big laundry, 2 bathrooms and balconies off all bedrooms with either harbour or sea views.
There is also a spare single mattress for an extra child if needed &/or they can also hop into a BYO sleeping bag and sleep on one of the little comfy foam couches upstairs in bedrooms - MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS

BOOKING/SERVICE FEE - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking. A Welcome Pack & Gift is left for your arrival and we are only a phone call away during your stay if needed.
