Hello - I'm Janet Casey, proud owner of Kiwi Bach and Holiday Homes. My husband Ged and I have called Ohope Beach our home since 1997, where we raised our four wonderful children. After leasing the business as the managers for five years, we purchased it in 2010 and have since had the pleasure of welcoming countless visitors from both near and far. We love sharing our beautiful piece of paradise with guests and have helped create many cherished lifetime memories over the years—moments that continue to bring joy long after departure.

Shavaughn joined the KBHH team in late 2024 and has quickly established herself as an invaluable and essential member of the team. She is an exceptionally dedicated host and cleaner, working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every home is impeccably prepared for guests, guaranteeing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, as she also efficiently coordinates a wide range of property maintenance tasks including lawn mowing, gardening, window cleaning, and many other necessary jobs—she truly is a remarkable whizz at keeping everything running smoothly!
