Exit Cleaning fee - There is an exit cleaning fee associated with all bookings - Quoted at time of enquiry.
Service fee - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking.
Linen - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are included in all rentals. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier! We will provide a Hired Linen quote at time of enquiry. BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH.
GROUP BOOKINGS/ BUSINESS GROUPS - This property is available for business/group weekly rentals during the winter months - contact us directly for a quote.

Spacious Holiday Home/Bach/Airbnb offering stunning and awesome beach views. Step out the front door, walk across the front lawn and road and you are on the beach! Located in the gorgeous West End area, the home is close to the local surf school that operates during the busy summer months, and within easy walking distance to the charming Ohope Village and a variety of excellent bush walks.
Inside, there is a spacious living and dining area that boasts beautiful sea views. The large front section & deck provides plenty of outdoor space for relaxation and activities. The kitchen comes equipped with another dining table for meals or casual gatherings. The home features 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 7 guests, with additional bedding in the lounge for an extra 2 guests. The master bedroom has a super king bed and doors that opens directly to the outside section, offering lovely views. Bedroom 2 includes 2 built-in single beds plus an additional king single bed, while Bedroom 3 has 1 built-in single bed and a king single bed. The big comfy lounge area includes a double sofa bed, providing additional bedding for 2 people, making this holiday home perfect for families or groups.

EXIT CLEAN - There is an additional exit cleaning fee associated with all bookings & will be quoted at time of enquiry.

Overall, we were happy with our stay however a couple of the built in beds were not very comfortable for adults! Our UK friends loved Ohope, the wonderful beach, cafes and restaurants.
