Big 2 storied holiday house situated down a private driveway off the main West End Road, this spacious holiday home offers everything you need to create unforgettable family beach memories.
Downstairs features 2 bedrooms, a cozy small lounge with additional bedding, open-plan space that includes a kitchenette equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a bench-top cooker and a dining area perfect for casual meals. Additionally, a wet area bathroom with a toilet, shower, and vanity ensures comfort and convenience.
Upstairs includes the main kitchen, dining area as well as a spacious lounge and access onto a deck. Deck has stairs that lead down to the section, driveway, and beach, offering easy access to the outdoors. The upstairs bathroom has a vanity, shower and bath with separate toilet and laundry area. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, comfortably sleeping 5 people.
The property boasts a huge semi-fenced section with sea views from the upstairs master bedroom, lounge, dining area, and deck. Located in the desirable West End part of Ohope Beach, it’s an excellent spot for surfing enthusiasts and you’re also within walking distance to the charming Ohope Village, where you’ll find shops, an art gallery, restaurants, cafes, and takeaway options, making it a convenient and enjoyable holiday destination. This accommodation offers the perfect setting for families to enjoy quality time together and create special memories. A Fantastic spot for 2-3 families or an extended family beach holiday.

Exit Cleaning fee - There is an exit cleaning fee associated with all bookings - Quoted at time of enquiry.
Service fee - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking.
Linen - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are included in all rentals. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier! We will provide a quote for Hired Linen at time of enquiry. BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH.
GROUP BOOKINGS/ BUSINESS GROUPS - We can supply quotes for short term rentals during the winter months.

This place was fantastic for our young families and perfect location for the beach - despite the rain we still got out & about!. Suggest upstairs windows could have safety catches added for young ones!
