HOUSE DETAILS
Spacious 2-storied, 4-bedroom Holiday Home available on Harbour Road, perfect for an Airbnb stay. Enjoy spectacular sea views from the upstairs master King bedroom as well as the open plan living area. The kitchen is spacious with an easy flow design, equipped with all essential amenities and a convenient walk-in pantry. A deck extends from the living area, featuring a BBQ and outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing while enjoying sneak sea views over the sand dunes ad views of the East Coast.
There are 2 bathrooms in the house: one upstairs with a bath, toilet, and shower, and a second bathroom downstairs located in the laundry, also with a toilet and shower. Downstairs, you’ll find 3 large bedrooms that sleeps up to 13 guests. Back door provides access to a private back section, with beach access just across the road through the sand dunes. The upstairs level is dedicated to the large open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area with access to the deck for you to enjoy the long summer evenings and outdoor entertaining. Master King & main bathroom also located upstairs.
The property sits on a generously sized section, enclosed by fences, hedges and a gate that can be closed across the driveway. The Ohope Wharf is only a short walk where you can enjoy all the pop-up activities over the summer months, fishing & jumping off the wharf as well as dining options. This home provides a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and stunning local activities.

SERVICES
Exit Cleaning fee - There is an exit cleaning fee associated with all bookings - Quoted at time of enquiry.
Service fee - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking.
Linen - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are included in all rentals. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier! We will supply a quote for Hired Linen at time of enquiry. BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH.
GROUP BOOKINGS/ BUSINESS GROUPS - We can supply quotes for short term rentals during the winter months.
