Big spacious fully furnished 2 storied home in Waterways complex off Harbour Road.
2 levels – ground floor houses open plan living area with kitchen, dining & lounge – with great outdoor flow to private section. There is also family room with double sofa bed and bean bags also has sliding doors to outdoor area.
There are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry and entrance into garage on ground floor as well.
Upstairs is the master bedroom & ensuite.
Lounge has flat screen TV, DVD with full sound system set-up. Unlimited Wi-Fi
Lots of room for parking – boat, car etc.
Located in the very quiet family friendly neighborhood with a children’s playground only few minutes walk from front door and Ohiwa Harbour also within walking distance that offers great kayaking and fishing at high tide.

Exit Cleaning fee - There is an exit cleaning fee associated with all bookings - Quoted at time of enquiry.
Service fee - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking.
Linen - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are included in all rentals. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier! We will supply a quote for Hired Linen at time of enquiry. BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH.
