This gorgeous two-storey, 4-bedroom family home is available from 28th December 2025 until the end of January 2026 so BOOK NOW to secure your nest beach holiday!
Nestled on the beach side of Pohutukawa Avenue, this home with a fully fenced section provides a fantastic and safe environment for children to play outside when they're not enjoying the beach. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms – a queen, king single bunks, and a king single with a single trundler bed – as well as the main bathroom and a separate toilet. Enjoy lovely sea views from 2 of the bedrooms upstairs.
Downstairs, the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan dining, living, and lounge area, complemented by a new kitchen featuring two stoves. There’s also a playroom off the lounge area that includes a double sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. Great indoor-outdoor flow from the living area onto the deck with BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture - perfect spot to relax and enjoy long summer evenings. The kids will love the trampoline, sandpit, and climbing frame set up to keep them entertained. Additionally, there’s a king bedroom and a second bathroom downstairs for added convenience.

Exit Cleaning fee - There is an exit cleaning fee associated with all bookings - Quoted at time of enquiry.
Service fee - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking.
Linen - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are included in all rentals. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier! We will supply a quote for Hired Linen on enquiry. BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH.
