Stunning large 3-bedroom house located on Ocean Road, offering everything you need to enjoy a truly relaxing and memorable holiday by the beach. The property features a great entertaining area with sea views to the East and West. The spacious open-plan living, lounge, and kitchen area is situated upstairs, providing excellent indoor/outdoor flow to a generous gated deck where you can unwind any time of the day or evening. Upstairs also includes a separate bathroom and toilet and the master King bedroom.
Downstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms: a Queen room, a bunk room with a king single and a double bunk bed with a single bunk on top. There is also a second open-plan lounge with a double sofabed, a second bathroom with toilet, laundry facilities, and internal access to a double garage. This home is ideal for an extended family getaway, offering ample space for everyone. The beach is conveniently located just across the road, allowing you to rinse off the sand in the lovely outdoor hot shower before heading upstairs for a family BBQ.
With beach access just 30 seconds from the sand and unlimited WIFI available, this property ensures a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Exit Cleaning fee - There is an exit cleaning fee associated with all bookings - Quoted at time of enquiry.
Service fee - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking.
Linen - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are included in all rentals. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier! Please enquire for a Hired Linen quote. BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH.
GROUP BOOKINGS/ BUSINESS GROUPS - This Property is available for weekly short-term rentals during the winter months - Please contact us for a Quote.
