HOUSE DETAILS
Relax on the deck, listen to the Tui and watch the Ohiwa Harbour tides go in and out while you are enjoying a cold or hot drink with friends or family - morning, evening or any time of the day!
Executive two-storied holiday home/Airbnb with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and two lounge areas downstairs along with the third separate toilet & internal access to the garage. All living areas downstairs have access to the deck with extensive Harbour views. Upstairs accommodates three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a Super King bed, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, and a third bedroom with a King single and a single rollaway that can be arranged as a king bed if preferred. This level also boasts a laundry, two bathrooms, and balconies off every bedroom, each offering stunning views of either the Harbour or the Sea.
There is a spare single mattress with bedding plus two comfy foam couches located in the upstairs bedrooms that can sleep a couple of extra children, BYO sleeping bags. The location is a truly standout feature of this property, with a variety of attractions, cafes, and amenities including the famous Wharf all within easy walking distance, ensuring your stay is both easy, enjoyable, and memorable.
The beach is only a 5-7 minute walk across the road over the sand dunes as well your own private entry to the Harbour directly from the deck, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds – the Beach and the Harbour!

SERVICES
Exit Cleaning fee - There is an exit cleaning fee associated with all bookings - Quoted at time of enquiry.
Service fee - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking.
Linen - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are included in all rentals. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier! We will supply a quote for Hired Linen at time of enquiry. BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH.
GROUP BOOKINGS/ BUSINESS GROUPS - We can supply quotes for short term rentals during the winter months.
