SERVICES
Exit Cleaning fee - There is an exit cleaning fee associated with all bookings - Quoted at time of enquiry.
Service fee - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking.
Linen - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are included in all rentals. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier! We will supply a quote for Hired Linen on enquiry. BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH.
GROUP BOOKINGS/ BUSINESS GROUPS - We can supply quotes for short term rentals during the winter months.
HOUSE DETAILS
Two-story home located on Hoterini Street, conveniently only 200 meters from the beach. Upon entering the home, to the right is the fourth bedroom, which features an ensuite bathroom and a queen bed, complete with basic kitchenette facilities for added convenience.
The stairwell leads you upstairs to an open-plan living area that combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces seamlessly. This area flows out onto a deck equipped with a BBQ and outdoor furniture, offering an excellent alfresco dining option with shade and seating for six. Free unlimited WIFI, TV with Freeview (no Sky), a DVD player, and a stereo system provide entertainment options.
Inside dining area seats six people - fully functional kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, and a gas hob top with an electric oven, ensuring all your cooking needs are met.
Upstairs, there are 3 additional bedrooms: Queen bed, King bed and two single beds + trundler bed, accommodating a total of 6 -7 guests, a bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet. There is also a laundry area which opens out to the private back patio area, which includes an outdoor bath with running hot water & clothesline.
This home offers a very comfortable and easy-living environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway and a great place to create some awesome memories.
