Service fee - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking.
Linen - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are included in all rentals. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier! Please confirm at time of enquiry/booking so we can organise for you. BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH.
GROUP BOOKINGS/ BUSINESS GROUPS - This property is available for special weekly rentals during the winter months- Please contact us for a Quote.

Beautifully furnished home with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that flows out onto an expansive deck so you can enjoy alfresco dining after a day at the beach.
Gorgeous big spa bath, separate toilet and a lock up double garage are extras that make this holiday home even more comfortable.
The sofa in the lounge provides a comfy spot to relax with a book and can be set up as a double sofa bed offering bedding for a couple of extra guests.
Also heat pump, air conditioning and DVS system if required.
Close to shops and local attractions are also great features of the location so book your dates, pack your bags and come and create your special holiday memories.
