HOUSE DETAILS
This cozy 3-4 bedroom holiday home/bach/Airbnb is located off Pohutukawa Avenue, beautifully furnished and thoughtfully designed to ensure you have a relaxing and comfortable holiday experience. The house has a shared driveway with covered carport with access into the house and is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach.
The open-plan living area includes a modern kitchen equipped with all the conveniences you need. small dining table and comfortable lounge area that opens through sliding doors onto a private deck and lawn area, ideal for indoor-outdoor living. A separate laundry area has a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
A hallway leads to 3 main bedrooms and the bathroom. Master king bedroom has a small single bedroom off it plus a Queen and king single bedroom - comfortably sleeping 6 guests. Extra single foam cushions/mattress is available for an additional child (Maximum 7 Guests). The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and hand basin. Indoor facilities include Wifi, Freeview TV, a fridge/freezer, coffee machine, heat pump, dishwasher, and microwave for your comfort and convenience.
Outside dining area includes a gas BBQ, seating on a shaded deck plus a rustic wooden outdoor table and chairs. The private backyard is surrounded by mature trees, creating a quiet and peaceful space perfect for relaxation. Additionally, there is a clothesline located in the covered carport for your laundry needs.

Master bedroom - King bed (sleeps 2) + adjoining small single room (sleeps 1), Queen (sleeps 2) King single (sleeps 1) + single foam cushions/mattress available for extra child.
SERVICES
Exit Cleaning fee - There is an exit cleaning fee associated with all bookings - Quoted at time of enquiry.
Service fee - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking.
Linen - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are included in all rentals. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier! Please confirm at time of enquiry/booking so we can organise for you. BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH.
GROUP BOOKINGS/ BUSINESS GROUPS - This property is available for business weekly rentals during the winter months - contact us for a special weekly quote.
