Enjoy your family holiday at this absolute beachfront home in Ohope, conveniently located close to shops and a variety of restaurants. Just a mere 10 seconds’ walk to the beach, the property boasts a wonderful outdoor space complete with a Petanque court, cozy fireplace, BBQ facilities, and comfortable seating areas designed for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather.
This two-story home features four spacious bedrooms upstairs, three of which offer stunning views of the sea, Whale Island, and White Island. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower Shub. There’s also a quaint, quiet reading nook with a double sofabed at the top of the stairs, perfect for reading or unwinding in peace. Two of the upstairs bedrooms open directly onto a deck, which has stairs leading down to the yard and the beach, making it easy to move between indoors and outdoors.
Downstairs comprises an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that opens out onto a paved courtyard designed for family gatherings. There is also a separate laundry room and an additional toilet downstairs The garage is accessible from the lounge, adding to the convenience. Modern amenities include a smart TV with Freeview and WiFi, plus a heat pump in the living area to keep things comfortable year-round. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after an active day at the beach. This home has been the backdrop for many cherished family memories that last a lifetime!

Service fee - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking.
Linen - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are included in all rentals. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier! Please enquire for a Hired Linen quote. BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH.
