the original pot belly stove. Seperate dining room with table and two chairs. Lounge with two big comfortable couches, TV and fireplace. Sky available if necessary.
Bathroom with shower and toilet. Three big Pohutukawa trees in front lawn with little deck and all day sun.Seperate little washhouse attached to the house with washing machine.

Available most of the year and negotiable for longer term bookings.

Peak Rates:- $240/night (4-5 people). Minimum of 7 nights stay.

Shoulder Rates:- $140/night (4 people) + $20 per person per night extras. Minimum of 2-3 nights stay.

Off Peak Rates:- $105/night (4 people) + $20 per person per night extras.Minimum of 2 nights stay.

Linen:- BYO bed linen, pillowcases, bath towels and beach towels.

Service Level:- Please leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy manner. An additional cleaners fee of $65 is associated with all bookings.

Walk out the door and over the road to the beach.
