Downstairs:- Bathroom with toilet.

Outside HOT shower.

PEAK RATES:- $450 per night (Up to 8 people) + $25 per person per night extras (maximum of 11) - includes Cleaners Fee.

SHOULDER RATES:- $300 per night (Up to 8 people) + $25 per person per night extras (maximum of 11) PLUS standard Cleaners Fee*

OFF PEAK RATES:- $200 per night (Up to 6 people) + $25 per person per night extras (maximum of 11) PLUS standard Cleaners Fee*

NOTE:- A minimum of 7 nights stay during the Peak Period.
A minimum of 2-3 nights during Shoulder & Off Peak Period.

BYO Linen, pillowcases & towels. No Smoking. No pets.

A CLEANERS FEE is included in the PEAK RATES.

*During Shoulder and Off peak periods there is a one off standard Cleaners Fee of $85 associated with each booking (This is waived with bookings of 5 nights or more during these periods)
