Both properties (house or unit) available for weekly rental from February - November. Rates available on request. Dec/Jan house and unit rented together as one property (if unit not required will be locked up) Rates for Public and School Holidays are charged at the shoulder rate of $300+ per night. Rates for Studio Unit only between February and November are available on request. Call for additional details. There is an exit cleaning fee associated with all bookings - quoted at time of enquiry.
