Fantastic open, sunny 3 bedroom lockwood holiday home with easy access to Ohope beach. Fully fenced so great for family holidays where you want to relax with a book or cold drink and know the children are safe.
You enter the house directly into the open living room with its modernised kitchen and dining area. House has polished timber floors throughout which makes it a great holiday home by the beach. Semi open plan lounge area opens out onto the deck. The hallway takes you down to the main bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet and vanity. Adjacent to the bathroom are two big bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a trio bunk (double bed on the bottom with a single on top) plus another single bed. Both bedrooms also have access to the deck and are light and sunny.
At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom with ensuite - shower, vanity and toilet.
The large fully fenced section is mostly flat with a small elevation at the back of the section - great safe place for children to run around and play while Mum and Dad can relax !
Lots of room to park the car and boat.
