Big 3 level holiday home that has been set up as a home away from home. Everything you need to relax and unwind. Double garage and big fully fenced section down a quiet cul-de-sac only 100 metres to the beach. Plenty of room to park cars and boat.
Middle level has living area with open plan kitchen and dining that opens out onto big deck. Separate main lounge that also flows out onto deck. Smaller lounge that can be shut off as a 5th bedroom with double sofa bed, fireplace and TV. Bottom level has laundry, 2nd bathroom with shower & hand basin and bedroom with double and single beds. Attic, or top level, has 4 single beds.
Huge deck for entertaining and enjoying those long hot summer evenings.
 

4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 13

Top level/Attic: 4 single beds great for the kids!
Middle level: Master queen bedroom plus another queen bedroom.
Bottom level: Big bedroom with a double bed and single bed.

Smaller second lounge on middle level of house also has a fold out double sofa bed. Lounge can be shut off and makes a great 5th bedroom.
