There are also views of the harbour from the Master and double bedrooms upstairs.
Laundry downstairs in double garage, driveway big enough to park a boat.

There are kayaks for guests to use and the harbour is walking distance. Childrens paygound only aobut 150 metres from house and beach access only about 300 meters.
