Lovely big modern family home on huge fully fenced section with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very quiet subdivision off Harbour Road - has a quiet rural feel to it but is only a 8 minute walk to the sand and surf or a 1 minute drive!!. This house is set up for a one or two families to arrive and make themselves at home - fully equipped with all the mod cons including 3 TV's, DVD,Dishmaster and toys for using in the harbour or sea.
Great big lawn for children to run off any extra energy they have left after being at the beach and fully fenced. There is also a chicken run with some chickens to feed and the home cat - great experience for the city children!!
Big modern one level family home with open plan kitchen, dining that opens out to big deck. Seperate lounge area and office are off living - office area has extra bedding available for bigger groups including Queen futon sofa bed and 2 single foam mattresses.
2 bathrooms with 2 showers, 1 bath, 2 hand basins, 2 toilets - one of the bathrooms is an ensuite off Master King bedroom.
NOTE:- There are chickens and two cats to feed please.

Three big bedrooms all on one level and away from lounge and living area plus study with Queen Futon bed off living area.
Master Bedroom has a King bed with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Second bedroom has a king bed with two king single beds in the third bedroom (or they can be put together as a super king bed).
There are 4 extra single foam mattresses available for extra kids if required.
