A two storied home with four bedrooms all upstairs with fabulous views of the sea, Whale Island and White Island from three of the rooms. Upstairs bathroom consists of a toilet, vanity, and shower shub. There is also a small alcove area at the top of the stairs that has a couple of chairs to relax and read a book in the afternoon.
External doors from two of the upstairs bedrooms take you out onto a deck that has external stairs to the section & beach.
Downstairs houses an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge + a separate room with the laundry and an extra toilet.
Internal access to garage from lounge area.
Smart TV with Freeview + WIFI. Heat pump in lounge - open plan living area.
Outdoor shower to rinse off after family fun and games at the beach!

Bedroom 4 - has a trio bunk (double on bottom with single bunk on top) plus a single bed.
There are also 2 single + double foam mattresses available on request.

SERVICE FEE - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking. A Welcome Pack & Gift is left for your arrival and we are only a phone call away during your stay if needed.

LINEN - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are provided for all bookings and are included in your service fee. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier ! Please confirm at time of enquiry/booking so we can organise for you.
BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH. .
GROUP BOOKINGS/ BUSINESS GROUPS - For special group bookings/ business groups during the year a quote will be supplied to include exit clean, linen & service fee.
