Stunning big 3 bedroom house on Ocean Road. Everything you need to enjoy a very relaxing holiday at the beach. Great entertaining area with fantastic sea views East and West.
Big open plan living, lounge, kitchen area upstairs with great indoor/outdoor flow to deck. Separate bathroom and toilet upstairs with master bedroom.
Downstairs has two bedrooms, second lounge with kitchenette area and another bathroom and toilet. Great home for extended family – kitchenette downstairs has all basic breakfast facilities including jug, toaster, microwave, & fridge.
Walk out the door across the road and you are on the beach. Rinse off the sand in the lovely outdoor hot shower before heading inside for a family BBQ!

Master bedroom upstairs with King Bed.
Two bedrooms downstairs – Room 1 has a queen bed, Room 2 has a king single bed plus a trio bunk which is a double on the bottom and single on top.
Downstairs lounge area also has a double sofa bed.

During May-November rates do not include public and school holidays, these periods are charged at the shoulder rate of $380/ngt (6 people) + $50/ngt per extra person.

EASTER RATES are at $395/ngt (6 people) + $35/ngt per extra person - bookings for 4 nights or more the cleaning fee is included in the rental per night.

Rates for any major events in the area i.e. National Surf lifesaving event are at the peak rates - bookings for 4 nights or more the cleaning fee is included in the rental per night.

During the Peak period only the rates include a cleaning fee. During the rest of the year there is a cleaners fee associated with all bookings less than 5 nights - this will be quoted at time of enquiry.There is a minimum of 2 nights stay during the year.

BYO linen. Linen can be hired on request - please enquire.

We can provide information on the various activities and tours available in the area and book for you if required.
 

Activities

 2 x sea kayaks available for use. Also boogie boards and other outdoor family games plus books & inside board games available for the wet day or evening entertainment.
