The ideal spot for two families to have a great beach holiday. Sunny north facing lockwood cottage on Pohutukawa Ave with ocean views, plus 2-bedroom original kiwi bach at rear of section. Huge grassed section between both properties with great outdoor living and a hill behind with spectacular views.
Very neat, clean and tidy. Outdoor furniture available. Fantastic big section for the kids to play, climb the garden hill at the back of the property and enjoy the beautiful views.
Beach access is directly across road, 2 minutes walk to the sand!
Cottage is fully self-contained with kitchen, laundry, bathroom (shower over bath + toilet & hand basin) + open plan living, dining and kitchen are + 2 bedrooms.
Bach - in orginal condition with small open plan kitchen & dining area - has fridge-freezer, dining table and 4 chairs, jug and stove - behind curtain) + two bedrooms. Small bathroom includes bath (with hand held shower attachement tha fits on taps) a basin with separate toilet.
Both places are avaialble to rent for bigger groups of 6 or more however the cottage can be rented on its own. ( We do not rent out seperately to more than one group though).
Section is mostly fenced. Great spot very handy to main Ohope shops, cafés and restaurants and beach!

Both properties are serviced prior to every booking and cleaned to KBHH standards prior to and after each booking.
SERVICE FEE - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking. A Welcome Pack & Gift is left for your arrival and we are only a phone call away during your stay if needed.

LINEN - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are provided for all bookings and are included in your service fee. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier ! Please confirm at time of enquiry/booking so we can organise for you.
BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH. .
Activities
Ohope has a lot to offer as well as all the beach and Harbour activities at your door stop.
Walking distance to Ohope Village shops , cafes, restaurants, art gallery - mini putt golf.
Close to parks , reserves - bush walks etc.
