During summer holidays house and downstairs flat are available to rent as one.

Upstairs house only – 3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open plan lounge, dining & kitchen, laundry - max of 7 people. Views from deck.

Downstairs is a self contained  one bedroom flat.  Open plan kitchenette, dining / lounge area. Bathroom consists of shower, toilet & hand basin. Washing machine available in dinky little closed off cupboard. Queen bed. Enter flat into living area.

During the rest of the year the downstairs flat is not available - closed off.

Upstairs house is available for short- term rentals from February through to mid December. Please enquire for weekly rates.

During the peak summer holidays the 3 bedroom house + self contained flat is available for rental as one property.

During the rest of the year the 3 bedroom house is available for rent only. Public and School Holiday rates are at the shoulder rate of $165/night (6 people) + $20/night for an extra person. (Maximum of 7 people).

Available for short term rental from February - mid December - weekly rates available on request.

Services

LINEN - BYO linen or you hired linen is available on request. Linen hire fee quoted on enquiry.

SERVICING - We keep all our properties at a high standard of cleanliness. To ensure this standard is retained a compulsory exit clean is associated with all bookings and is quoted at time of enquiry.
