Downstairs also has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, small older kitchenette area for tea, coffee and toaster with a 2nd lounge area – great for reading quietly or for kids to watch a movie.
Semi – fenced section with back lawn area for kids to have a run around when not at the beach.

SERVICE FEE - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking. A Welcome Pack & Gift is left for your arrival and we are only a phone call away during your stay if needed.

LINEN - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are provided for all bookings and are included in your service fee. You can HIRE bed linen and bath towels to make your packing up easier! Please confirm at time of enquiry/booking so we can organise for you.
BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH. .
GROUP BOOKINGS/ BUSINESS GROUPS - For special group bookings/ business groups during the year a quote will be supplied to include exit clean, linen & service fee.
Activities
Close to the Ohope Beach and Ohiwa Harbour. Very close to the Ohope Golf course, conference and wedding venue. Very quiet location so ideal for management get-a-ways, planning sessions or a chicks weekend away!!
